A great drive. The electric drive is seamless and responsive. The technology is good too.
No problems so far.
Looks good, inside and out.
What's the one thing you like most about your car?
The drive.
If you could improve one thing, what would it be?
If it had a touch more headroom it would be better for tall passengers although I've had no complaints.
Unsurprisingly the electric range reduces in cold weather.

This car is costing us a fortune. Rodents have chewed through our ABS wires 3 times since March 2023.
Nissan will not take any responsibility for this. Can’t wait to sell the car.

If you could improve one thing, what would it be?

Bought new in August 2021. Went into limp mode within a week. Had to return to dealer to have front airbags replaced as sensor light permanently on. This involved having both front seats having to be replaced and 3 weeks in the garage.
Sensors failed to activate the auto brake system so had minor collision with car in front. Couldn’t source the parts for repair for 4 months. Once parts arrived, in April 2022, the car couldn’t be repaired as still one part missing (wiring loom?) couldn’t be ordered as no part number had been assigned. Nissan customer services absolutely hopeless! Even their own call handler admitted that their response was poor!
Finally, in August (after 4 months!), the part was assigned a code for ordering. But advised it could be up to 10 weeks to arrive. Repair garage ( through insurance co. ) not convinced that it will solve the problem and insisting Nissan fit and calibrate the safety systems.
Mutterings by Nissan that they might not be able to do this and car could be declared a write off as all safety systems would be redundant!
Would not go near Nissan again and would advise anyone with the new Qashqai to report any failure of sensors as it could be serious and certainly don’t rely on theses to keep you safe.
